This Saturday, the Legal professional Normal’s Workplace (FGR) started an exhaustive investigation in opposition to the electrical energy distributors, DELSUR and AES El Salvador, for defrauding Salvadorans with extreme fees.
“At the present time, we enter with the group of prosecutors, who will seize databases of customers’ precise consumption and examine them with the knowledge held by the completely different regulatory establishments of the Authorities, with the goal of investigating whether or not Salvadorans have been defrauded.” , reported the Prosecutor, Rodolfo Delgado.
The authorities have warned that if the database doesn’t match the extreme fees to customers, the corresponding judicial course of will start with the goal of defending the inhabitants’s pockets.
