**(Alex Reed Name):** Fireworks are explosives, and they should be treated with extreme caution. Burns are the most common injury, but we also see eye injuries, hearing loss, and even amputations.

* Always purchase fireworks from licensed sellers.

* Read and follow the instructions on each firework carefully.
