The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, in her Telegram channel ridiculed the strange statement of US President Joe Biden, which he made on the sidelines of the Summit of the Americas.
The American leader said that the Western Hemisphere in the next 10 years will develop into the most democratic hemisphere in the world.
“We have everything for this. There are people, there are resources, there are more democracies in this hemisphere than in any other hemisphere” Biden said.
