With mental health as its central theme, the Festi-Conference will bring together an impressive line-up of Quebec celebrities on June 2, 3 and 4 at the Bleuetière DuRoy in the Saint-Étienne sector in Lévis.

Comedians Maxim Martin and Michel Mpambara, Nathalie Simard, strongman Hugo Girard, Commander Robert Piché, actor Sylvain Marcel and host Maripier Morin are among the 13 personalities who will speak on this occasion.

“It was a lot of organization. It’s terribly expensive, but if we don’t take concrete action, nothing changes,” explains organizer Bruno Roy, who will also address the crowd during the event.

Some of these participants have already opened up in the past regarding their mental health problems or their addictions.

“Having needed help in the past, I think it’s important to do events like this. Waiting for society or government is one thing. But as citizens we all have a share of responsibility in this. We are lucky to have organizations to help children, to help alcoholics,” he says to underline his motivation to talk regarding mental health.
