Divorce proceedings between Venna Melinda and Ferry Irawan rolling back today. There were interesting things that happened following the trial.
Ferry Irawan through his lawyer, Sunan Kalijaga, asked Venna Melinda to immediately return the goods. Because, the goods are still at Venna Melinda’s house.
Sunan Kalijaga then read out the letter written by Ferry Irawan’s hand which included the items Venna Melinda had asked to return.
“Dear Bro Sunan, ask for help to collect all items. Personal items including clothes, birth certificate documents, passports and other personal items in the drawer to the right of the bed. Medicines and all the contents of the drawers and cellphone box. Thank you for kindness and support,” read Sunan Kalijaga at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (23/2/2023).
Venna Melinda then commented on Ferry Irawan’s desire to ask for his goods to be returned. He wants to return but on condition.
“To all Ferry Irawan’s family and Ferry Irawan’s attorneys for domestic violence cases, please provide me and my attorneys with evidence that Ferry has been authorized to receive goods from me,” said Venna Melinda.
“Because yesterday he said there were goods from Ferry that had value that had to be returned to Ferry from my side,” he continued.
Venna Melinda admitted that she had prepared items to be returned to her husband. He is just waiting for the power of attorney for return from Ferry Irawan.
“I want to see that special power of attorney, if indeed there is now a special power of attorney to receive Ferry goods that are still in my house, or documents, or anything of value,” asked Venna Melinda.
“If you have it now, please give it to me,” he continued.
On the other hand, through his attorney, Noor Akhmad Riyadhi, the mother of Verrel Bramasta and Athalla Naufal, turned back. She collected debts from Ferry Irawan during her marriage to him.
The debt includes four main points. Namely money for online shopping, cigarettes, top-ups, to transportation.
“All of the money spent by Venna for Ferry’s needs includes paying Ferry’s online debt at Shopee, phone credits, gas money, pocket money, cigarette money, transportation money, if it’s not the same Venna goes,” said Noor Akhmad Riyadhi when met at South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (23/2/2023).
These matters will be included in a counterclaim to sue Ferry Irawan for all mut’ah, iddah and madliyah maintenance.
