This is enough to put butter in the spinach. This year, Ferrari will pay its 5,000 employees an exceptional bonus, the result of a record year for the prancing horse brand, explains Le Figaro. Employees will receive a bonus of up to 13,500 euros. An increase of 12.5% compared to last year.
According Point, this is a gross amount. This sum will be paid to employees who have never been absent, excluding holidays. The others should still receive a premium of 12,614 euros.
A record year
The Italian manufacturer had a prosperous year. In 2022, the factory located in Maranello (Italy) produced more than 13,000 cars, an increase of 18% compared to 2021. Sales have also increased (+20%). The profit earned amounts to 939 million euros, specifies for its part Caradisiac.
And the future looks bright. The leaders of Ferrari foresee in 2026 a turnover exceeding 6.5 billion euros (against 5.1 billion today).
