Scuderia Ferrari suspends partnership with Russian company Kaspersky. The display on the driver’s helmet was also hidden.

The ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine has led to some decisions for Russian drivers and sponsors. The 2022 F1 Russian Grand Prix contract was terminated and the Haas F1 Team terminated the contract between Uralkali and Nikita Mazepin.

Scuderia Ferrari also suspended its contract with Russian computer security company Kaspersky. Ferrari has donated 1 million euros to help the Ukrainian people.

“Ferrari believes that the world of sports must send a clear signal to support the Ukrainian people. Ferrari and Kaspersky have agreed to replace the driver’s helmet logo with #essereFerrari,” Scuderia said. Ferrari told Racing News 365.

Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz’s helmets are no longer Kaspersky and have a sticker with the anti-war message “NO WAR”.

Scuderia Ferrari has also removed Kaspersky from the sponsor list on the F1 team’s official website.
