Deolipa Yumara responds to attendance Feni Rose who was investigated today by Polres Metro Jaya on suspicion of defamation.
Deolipa said, Feni Rose finally came to be examined for the case he reported.
Even so, Deolipa emphasized that when he was at Polres Metro Jaya he did not meet Feni Rose at all. He didn’t even know that Feni Rose visited the Polres.
“Yes, it has finally come,” said Deolipa at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (13/12/2022).
“Feni Rose came at the summons of the police, which I was the reporter for. We didn’t meet, it’s okay, we don’t know either. I entered another room, she was still at the BAP, but she came earlier. She’s already at the BAP,” he explained once more.
Deolipa further explained, Feni Rose reject restorative justice. Of course peace is between Feni Rose and Deolipa.
Deolipa learned regarding this from South Jakarta Metro Police investigators.
“But earlier it was reported that he had spoken to the investigator asking for RJ (restorative justice), but reportedly he refused RJ. He said go ahead. I don’t know whether this is private or confidential information, but this was conveyed by the investigator earlier,” said Deolipa.
Previously, attorney Deolipa Yumara reported Feni Rose at the South Jakarta Metro Police for alleged defamation.
The report is accompanied by evidence including short messages via WhatsApp. In that short message, Feni Rose is suspected of having committed defamation through conversations with Tata Liem.
The report has been registered with case number LP/B/2061/VIII/2022/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA.
