Felipe Avello became, in the most surprising way, the first “deceased” of 2024, due to the accusations of Luis Pinto, a man who worked with him in the past.
The subject spoke in a documentary regarding his life, baptized as Transversal Gyre and made by the face of CríticasQLS, the well-known Cesarito.
There, the man stated that the comedian had used, without his consent, intimate images of him for a comedy show.
“He showed it in a show, I told him don’t show it. Thanks to me he is where he is now, he is doing stand up comedy for me,” she accused.

“(Luis) is a person with whom I worked more than 10 years ago and, the truth is, in the documentary I found out that he is in a delicate state of health, he is sick. In the documentary he talks regarding the time we worked together and that he does not agree with a procedure that I had in those years,” he began by saying.
And he added that “today I was able to talk to him and I want to tell you, because there was a lot of concern regarding Luis and what happened in those years.”
“I think I was wrong in my actions with Luis by not telling him that we were going to show a video in the theater, with the desire to make people laugh, I was wrong,” he apologized.

Then, as a mea culpa, he commented that “it has taken me more than 10 years to improve my humor, seeking only to make people laugh, but without leading anyone, I am in that effort, I think my current humor reflects it. But during that time with Luis, on that occasion I was wrong not to warn him.”
Finally, Felipe Avello expressed that in the same call with Luis Pinto “I gave him my support,” due to the serious cancer he is currently suffering from, and which he also talks regarding in the documentary.
