Hydro Fehervar AV19 is only missing one win to reach the playoff finals. The Magyars secured Game 4 once morest EC GRAND Immo VSV in front of their home crowd with 4:3. Captain Janos Hari scored the game winner in minute 63.

In the second series of semi-finals, Hydro Fehérvár AV19 clinched their third win in a row once morest weakened VSV on Wednesday – the blue and whites had to give up no fewer than seven players. The game went into overtime and ended as it had started: with a Hari goal – the 29-year-old had the necessary luck on his side to score in the 63rd minute. This means that the Hungarians can already secure their first place in the final on Friday in Villach.

Due to the playoff elimination of the spusu Vienna Capitals, Hydro Fehérvár AV19 is also the third participant in the win2day ICE Hockey League in the Champions Hockey League 2022/23.
