Féfé Onanga is no longer a member of the Gabonese Democratic Party (PDG), the former ruling party. He told his activists last weekend in Port-Gentil as part of his awareness and information caravan for the Yes vote in the referendum.

In the Mini-Prix district in the 2e economic capital district near the Saint-Roger school, he called on the populations to support General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema in view of the many achievements already noted here and there, since he came to power less than a year ago.

“But yes, everyone has gone their own way! Does the PDG still exist? We came as we left. My current action is to raise awareness among young people so that they vote for Oligui Nguema. The PDG and we don’t owe each other anything,” certifies Féfé Onanga.

This motivation of the Féfé Onanga group comes from the many achievements made in 11 months by the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions (CTRI, in power). This change of direction made by Féfé Onanga and his battalion is the fruit, indicates the person concerned, of 14 years of mismanagement by the Ali Bongo regime which with the ”young team” have never stopped plundering, siphoning off state coffers without ever carrying out an action aimed at improving the conditions of the Gabonese people.

“In this time, we see that the President of the transition is the man for the job. What he has done in 11 months is what the former regime could not do in 14 years. And so for us, there is no question of letting these people abuse the populations.”thundered Delphin Mboumba Moussounda, Secretary General of the Féfé Onanga group.

Having gathered more than 500 people for this occasion, the Féfé Onanga group invited its people to support the CTRI, led by Brigadier General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema.

“We have the advantage of knowing the realities of the populations here because, when it rains we are all flooded and therefore everyone is concerned. By going to the PDG we set a number of conditions which were not respected”criticizes Delphin Mboumba Moussounda who goes on to castigate that “in the area from Bac Aviation to Cape Town there is a lack of primary schools. It is the same behind the hospital up to the SEEG turnoff. It is an obstacle course for these students.”
