The Mutuality will co-host on November 7 and December 7 the next Fees Ambassador Training courses intended for health and perinatal professionals, who wish to supplement their theoretical training with training focused on facilitation tools and techniques.
The FEES – Pregnant Women, Environment and Health program, set up by Mutualité Française and the Association for the Prevention of Atmospheric Pollution, aims to reduce the sources of exposure to pollutants of future and young parents and health risks. associated (endocrine disruptions, cancers, asthma and allergies, etc.), particularly during the first 1000 days of a child’s life.
It has been in place for many years in the Grand Est, with the entire Prevention team having been trained on the subject.
The involvement of the MFGE in the FEES program is evolving and expanding
From now on, in addition to the workshops offered as part of its Prevention program, the Mutualité Française Grand Est will co-host the FEES Ambassador training courses
This training is aimed at health and perinatal professionals who have already attended all the modules of the FEES theoretical training, led by APPA.
Drawing in particular on the experiences and feedback of mutualist project managers, the training will enable participants to:
Understand the benefit of health promotion to reduce social inequalities in health, Learn the method of motivational interviewing to support behavior change without feeling guilty, without being moralistic, Know the educational tools and techniques of animation to relay environmental health prevention advice.
The training will alternate between theoretical presentations, exchanges on practices (feedback) and real-life scenarios.
This new partnership with the FEES program, as well as the fact of offering training to Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)is part of a context of developing the skills of managers, particularly in the field of training.
