According to insider Ivan Karpov, Vagit Alekperov and Alexander Matytsin will sell their Spartak shares to Lukoil. Fedun will retain his share, but together with Zarema, he will step away from the operational management of the club.
Spartak will be financed directly by Lukoil and Fedun, but the amount of subsidies will be significantly reduced.
It is believed that Spartak has three main shareholders – Vagit Alekperov (36.8% of the shares), Leonid Fedun (32.7% of the shares) and an unnamed person (30.5% of the shares).
Earlier it was reported that the budget of Spartak will be reduced from 11 to 4 billion rubles in 2 years. Karpov notes that this process will develop even faster.
After yesterday’s victory of the red-and-whites in the BETCITY Cup of Russia, Fedun said: “I came in 2003 from winning the Cup. I also closed the cycle.
