A IRS will open, this month, the sending of proposals for its first product auction in 2024 with items that were seized — which, of course, includes lots of electronic products, including some with devices from Apple.
It is worth noting that there is not always detailed information regarding all items available, such as whether devices are used or even working. Furthermore, the products do not have a guarantee for repairs and/or future exchanges.
According to notice informationthe auction will take place in the region of Ribeirão Preto, in Sao Paulo. Let’s go, then, to the lots with Apple devices:

How can I participate?
The entire process is done digitally. Those interested in purchasing such items need to have a valid CPF and a valid digital certificate, via access to the Virtual Taxpayer Service Center (e-CAC) — which will be used to access the website correctly and be able to participate in everything. Lots are available for bidding by individuals and legal entities.
Proposals can be sent for analysis from 8am on the day January 25th and will end at 9pm on 29/1. The best will be selected to participate in the online auction — which is scheduled for the day 30/1, from 10am. Winners must collect the products in person.
