He Public ministry informs that the Special Prosecutor’s Office once morest Impunity (Feci) will present a appeal regarding a failure of the High Risk Court D what benefit al former Secretary of the Presidency Gustavo Alejos Cámbara in it Network of Power, Corruption and Money Laundering case.
La Feci indicated that the First Chamber of the High Risk Criminal Branch decided not to accept the appeal filed once morest the resolution of the High Risk Court D, in charge of Abelina Cruz Toscanowhat a benefit to Alejos.
According to the authorities, the Court issued a dismissal to five crimes of laundering of money or other assets, passive bribery, illicit association, tax evasion and fraud.
Furthermore, Alexios’ wife, Beatriz Jansa Bianchi and the lawyer Rafael Escobar PereiraThey were too beneficiaries with the dismissal of the crimes of money laundering.
