After Ralf Rangnick’s rejection, those responsible at FC Bayern Munich approached Oliver Glasner – more precisely, his club Crystal Palace.
According to information from the German “Bild”, sports director Max Eberl and sports director Christoph Freund contacted Riedauer and his club on May 1st. Even honorary president Uli Hoeneß and supervisory board Karl-Heinz Rummenigge intervened to lure Glasner to the Isar.
