FC Barcelona renews the black color in its kit for the 2024-2025 season

FC Barcelona announced on Wednesday 4 September its second kit for the 2024-2025 season, in which the colour black stands out and predominates. This would be the fourth kit in this colour in the club’s history.

This time the shirt also has blue and maroon details on the side stripes, on the edges of the shield, the interior of which is black and is in the centre, and the Nike logo.

The rest of the sponsor logos are in red, which breaks up the darkness of the shirt, designed with Dri-FIT ADV technology, an innovative fabric that provides players with mobility, breathability and ventilation to achieve the maximum possible performance.

Barça hope to debut their kit on September 15 against Girona after not being able to use it in the first four LaLiga EA Sports games and having to play with last season’s kit against Valencia.

“In all these seasons, the success among the culé fans has been extraordinary and in the year of the 125th anniversary of the club, black will once again be the main colour on the away shirt,” reads the statement published by FC Barcelona on its website. Web page.

The history of the black shirt at Barcelona

Real Madrid presented its third kit for the 2024-2025 season

On August 12, Real Madrid presented its third jersey for the 2024-2025 season, a tribute to the 75th anniversary of the team’s kit manufacturer.

The new garment, available in all official club stores, stands out for having an unusual design to that worn by the players.

The new kit is dark grey and features a continuous pattern made up of the initials “RMCF”, in honour of the Madrid club. Among the features that stand out is its flat-knit polo collar and instead of the usual three-stripe logo, the shirt displays the iconic Adidas trefoil, a sign of the brand’s anniversary celebration in 2025.
