Pakistani actor Fawad Khan is all set to make a comeback in Bollywood after a gap of eight years with a new romantic comedy film ‘Abir Gulal’. In the film, he will share the screen with Vaani Kapoor for the first time.
This is Fawad’s first Bollywood film since the unofficial ban on Pakistani artists in 2016. Before this, Fawad Khan made a splash with his brilliant acting in films like ‘Khoobsurat’, ‘Kapoor and Sons’ and ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’.

Set against the backdrop of London’s dreams, ‘Abeer Gulal’ is a heartwarming tale of love, and self-discovery. Directed by Aarti S Bagdi, the story revolves around two people who help each other unintentionally while dealing with their personal wounds.
The shooting of the film is going to start in UK during October and November. The production team has left no stone unturned to ensure that the film is a success. A renowned Bollywood music composer has already been roped in to compose six original songs.
