Federal Science and Technology Minister Fawad Chaudhry has written a letter to the Prime Minister to remove the ban on Tik Tok.

Fawad Chaudhry says that by banning Tik Tok, the international business and Pakistan’s technology will sit down, the ban decision should be reconsidered.

Fawad Chaudhry says that at present we are paying more attention to digital technology, developing special Urdu software for police personnel through which they will be able to use drone technology easily.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Special Assistant on Political Communication Shahbaz Gill has said that Tik Tok app was closed due to immoral videos, some parents had complained regarding this to the Prime Minister and had also sent videos.

Shahbaz Gul said that discussions are ongoing with the Tik Tok management regarding making a code of conduct, if the Tik Tok management follows the ethical rules, then the app will be reinstated in Pakistan.

It should be noted that the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) had announced a ban on the Chinese social media app TikTok last day.

According to the PTA, complaints were made by various sections of the society regarding the presence of immoral and indecent content on Tik Tok, following which it was decided to ban the app.

It should be noted that the Federal Minister of Information Shibli Faraz had said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is very worried regarding the increasing nudity and obscenity in the society and he has directed all the relevant authorities to prevent it because if it does not happen, it will result in consequences. The social and religious values ​​of Pakistani society will be destroyed.

Shibli Faraz said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has spoken to me regarding this issue not once or twice but 15 or 16 times and he wants to prevent obscenity spread through the central media and social media and its applications. A comprehensive strategy should be formulated.

According to Shibli Faraz, Prime Minister Imran Khan says that the incidents of rape of children and women have increased due to nudity.

He further said that Prime Minister Imran Khan recently told him that apps like Tik Tok are causing great damage to the values ​​of society and should be blocked.
