lemon juice
To start the day well and in great shape, nothing like lemon juice. Because it is rich in antioxidants and full of vitamin C, this drink is excellent once morest fatigue. However, avoid drinking it pure. It is indeed wiser to consume it mixed in a glass of water. Note that lemon juice is not recommended for people suffering from acid attacks or a weakened digestive system.

Like coffee, matcha tea releases caffeine, but more slowly, for 4 to 6 hours. Thus, the energizing effect is more lasting.
