Gray told investigators that He bought the gun used in the shooting as a holiday gift for his son in December 2023.. His 14-year-old son told investigators “I did it” while being questioned, the Barrow County sheriff told CNN.
Gray could face a maximum sentence of life imprisonment with or without the possibility of parolethe judge said.
