Horror gripped the inhabitants of the El Guamito sector in Los Teques, Miranda state, following the news that a man and his young son were killed and then burned inside their home.
The alleged 20-year-old murderer was arrested in joint work with soldiers from Detachment 441 (D441) of the 44 Zone Command of the Bolivarian National Guard (CZGNB-44) and other security agencies.
The investigations carried out by the police forces determined that the murdered man was arguing with his 46-year-old victim and, in the middle of the fight, he grabbed a slingshot and hit him. He then allegedly lashed out at the victim’s son.
After committing the double homicide, he took the bodies to one of the rooms of the house to cremate them. Later, she fled.
