Father Accused of Forcibly Molesting Daughter Placed Under Observation: Alexandria Criminal Court Decision

The Alexandria Criminal Court decided to place a worker in the Mental Health Hospital in Abbasiya under observation for 45 days and to prepare a detailed medical report on his mental and psychological condition to indicate whether or not he suffers from a mental or psychological illness, accusing him of forcibly molesting his daughter.

The decision was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Awad Ibrahim Khalifa, President of the Court, and the membership of Counselor Samir Ali Sherbash, Counselor Tariq Ibrahim Abu Al-Rous, and Counselor Sameh Saeed Samak.

A report on the incident was filed at Al-Raml Police Station 1, and the Public Prosecution decided to refer the accused to the Alexandria Criminal Court, which issued its previous decision and set the next August session for the verdict.
