It all started with an accident between two cars which took place around 8 p.m., rue de Presles, in Villers-Poterie, report our colleagues from L’Avenir.
One of the two vehicles involved continued on its way before stopping a few meters further.
A man reportedly got out of this car and walked a few meters before entering a house. This house would be that of his mother, an elderly lady in her seventies, to whom he would have inflicted several stab wounds. The lady is deceased.
The suspect is a young man born in the nineties. The Charleroi public prosecutor’s office descended on the scene on Friday evening to try to clarify this affair, the circumstances of which remained at the very least nebulous at the time of writing these lines.
