(Washington) American actor Alec Baldwin assured Saturday to collaborate in the investigation into the shooting that killed a filmmaker during the filming of the film Rustnearly a month following police were allowed to seize his mobile phone.
“Any insinuation that I’m not complying with requests, orders, demands or warrants to seize my phone is bullshit, it’s a lie,” the actor said in a video posted to Instagram.
He explained that the authorities of the State of New Mexico, where the tragedy occurred last October, were working in conjunction with those of the State of New York, where he lives, and that the steps to recover the telephone took time.
“Of course, we will comply 1000% with all of this. We are completely in agreement with that, ”assured the actor.
The American police in charge of the investigation were authorized on December 16 to seize the mobile phone of Alec Baldwin, who handled the revolver in question during the accident, and who is also a producer of the low-budget western.
At the time of the tragedy, October 21 on a ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Alec Baldwin was working on a scene with cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
