María Juliana Murzi Pabón was traveling south to north along race 27. She was riding a white Kinco Auteco motorcycle with license plate RNQ-82B. Down González Valencia came a home on a black Suzuki GN motorcycle with PPI-04E license plates.
Apparently it was the latter who did not stop and passed the intersection at full speed, meeting the young medical student from Udes on the way.
“The blow was very strong, it woke up the neighbors. We went out to look and there were the two bodies of the motorcyclists and their vehicles there at the intersection. We called the ambulances,” said a Sotomayor resident.
When the ambulances arrived, they confirmed that María Juliana’s body no longer had vital signs. The other motorcyclist, whose identity is still unknown, was referred to a medical center where his prognosis is reserved.
“He carried a basket loaded with breakfast. He was in very serious condition, in critical condition, God willing that he get better, ”said a witness.
The Criminalistics Unit of the Bucaramanga Traffic Directorate was in charge of removing the body for transfer to Legal Medicine in the Campohermoso neighborhood.
Of the fatal victim, María Juliana Murzi Pabón, it was learned that she was from Arauca and since 2017 she had been studying at the Udes in the Faculty of Medicine.
