Fatal Car Crash in Pattaya: 18-Year-Old Russian Driver Loses Control on Highway

A driver with minimal experience lost control on a highway near the city of Pattaya. This was reported on June 11 by the TV channel Nation TV.

Was driving 18 year old Russian woman, media reports that she was identified as Valeria Khimich. On the passenger seat in the car was 23 year old Gleb Sobolev.
