**Fred Sirieix:** It was simply a case of scheduling conflicts. Gordon’s got a lot on his plate at the moment, expanding his restaurant empire and spending precious time with his young children.
**Archyde:** did this change the dynamic of your travels at all?
**Fred Sirieix:** The essence remains the same – fantastic food, lovely places, and lots of laughs.It’s just a slightly different flavor, you know? With just gino and me, it focused more on eco-conscious travel, something we both feel passionate about.

**Fred Sirieix:** We were really mindful about minimizing our impact on the surroundings. That meant exploring enduring travel options, embracing local cuisine, and reflecting on our footprint. It was an eye-opening experience.

**Fred Sirieix:** We love traveling with Gordon and he’s always welcome to join us whenever his schedule allows.But I think folks will enjoy seeing this new dynamic between Gino and me. It’s a fresh perspective on travel.

**Fred Sirieix:** I hope they’ll be entertained,of course,but also inspired to explore the world in a more mindful and sustainable way. Maybe even try some new, exciting dishes along the way.

**Fred Sirieix:** Never say never! We’re always looking for new adventure.
