Fan of gaming, they are developing a sequel to their favorite video game

Since 1997, Fallout is one of the essential licenses in the history of video games. An RPG (role-playing game) that started on a computer set in a post-apocalypse universe resulting from a nuclear bombardment on October 23, 2077 that decimated most of the planet. Since then, the Fallout license has experienced a successful transition to 3D in 2008 with the release of games on consoles. Today, the saga represents a monument of the video game industry and millions of players, fans, await the announcement and the release of a Fallout 5.

Alas, since the release of the fourth opus in 2015, there has been no more solo opus. According to the latest statements from Bethesda, the fifth episode is well in development, but it should not arrive for several years. That’s why a group of fans decided to develop their own unique game: Fallout London. And the result promises to be amazing!

Fallout London: the new (unofficial) expansion for Fallout 4

For a few years now, the modding community has been making mind-blowing projects on many cult games. Grand Theft Auto V (with GTA RP), The Witcher III, The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim or even Fallout, most open world games are entitled to their dose of mods which are mostly very well done and might even do believe in official content.

That’s the case with Fallout London, the amazing fan project that’s set to arrive next year. A new unofficial extension for Fallout 4. The group of modders behind the project has just released a new trailer to present their DLC and it is even possible to download a demo to test the game’s first mission.

The mod includes everything that has been developed so far, allowing you to do the first mission and meet the first new characters like Nick the Fence, a merchant who will sell you equipment. In total, the mod should offer 14 new armor sets and 13 weapons. You can discover all this in detail on the official website de Fallout London.

Everything is expected in 2023 for the launch of the extension in its entirety. The work is so well done that Bethesda praised the work of the modders and offered two of them a job. One accepted while the other refused to continue working on this mod for the community.
