False veterinary doctor arrested who operated pets illegally

A false veterinary doctor identified as Henry Suárez Hidalgo, who was required by the Public Ministry, was arrested to be charged, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported this Sunday.

Through Twitter, he specified that the citizen performed surgical interventions, causing “irreversible physical damage to the pets, even leading to death.

He indicated that he will be charged with illegal practice of veterinary medicine, usurpation of functions, damage to another’s animal and animal abuse. He had an arrest warrant.

Suárez Hidalgo is not the only false veterinarian arrested in recent months. In September of last year, the Venezuelan authorities also managed to arrest a false veterinarian who vaccinated pets at home in Guarenas and Guatire.
