The two sides agreed to close the deal at a sale price of 1.39 euros per share.

During the current week, at least 20% of National Bank, which is owned by the Financial Stability Fund, is unexpectedly put up for sale.

According to information, the bid book will be opened in the next few days and will concern 20% of the 40.39% of the HFSF’s interest in the National Bank.
