After the break due to the World Cup, the top tournaments in Europe are reactivated once more and this time the Copa del Rey of Spain came into action with its 32nd round, which had several first division teams in action, one of them, Rayo Vallecano, by Radamel Falcao Garcia.

Andoni Iraola’s team visited Atlético Saguntino in the third division of Spain, but they did not have a great time despite being favorites in the key, because in the ninety minutes they did not go from a draw to zero and they had to define the classification from the penalty spot.

Despite the fact that Falcao was not a starter for Rayo Vallecano, he came on as a shock in the 77th minute for Sergio Camello and thus managed to help qualify, an almost effective result for the Vallecas team, because despite not scoring in 13 minutes played, he was vital on penalties due to his experience.

The ‘Tiger’ had the category to collect the first penalty in favor of Rayo Vallecano and with great class he managed to score the advantage for his team, giving confidence to his other teammates.

In the end, Saguntino did not have the best of his luck and ended up missing three penalties, while Rayo Vallecano did not miss any and ended up winning the game this way and qualifying for the round of 32 of the Copa del Rey.

Falcao’s next match with Rayo Vallecano will be played on December 29 once morest Girona as a visitor, in the corresponding match of matchday 15 in LaLiga in Spain.
