The two peoples added, in a joint press statement, that there is absolutely no truth to what was stated in this fake statement, and the buying and selling of gold has not been stopped by any shop, stressing that what came in this publication about the lack of transparency in pricing is unfounded, and that the pricing of gold In Egypt, it is subject to complete transparency, according to the mechanisms of supply and demand, and according to the prices of ounces on international stock exchanges, according to the statement.
The two divisions indicated that such fake data aims to cause a state of congestion and turmoil in the market, calling on everyone to beware of trading them in particular.
She said that such rumors aim to harm the Egyptian economy, and that all legal measures will be taken against all those who spread such rumors.
