FROM Malang, Fajar Sandy, a soloist known as the guitarist of the band Kos Atos, released a special work for the football team based in his hometown, Madura United.
The work is a song that contains a deep message for all elements of the team, be it players, management, and Madura United supporters. The song is titled Madura Bisa Madura Satu.
Fajar Sandy is a musician born in Pamekasan Regency, Madura, who currently has a career and lives in Malang. As a local son, he is the same as others, has a sense of pride in the area where he was born and of course wants to show that feeling in the form of his own ‘style’ expression.
Fajar Sandy as a musician tries to give something that he thinks is worthy of being given, this time specifically to the pride of Pulau Garam football team, Madura United, by releasing a support song, Madura Bisa Madura Satu.
“This song is a song inspired by a football club that has succeeded in raising the passion for Madura football through the tagline ‘Madura Bersatu’ which has been echoed by the club. Through football, we learn how unity can be created, passion exists, dreams exist,” said Fajar Sandy.
Fajar Sandy stated that the song Madura Bisa Madura Satu was supposed to be released in June 2024, but was delayed due to obstacles, there were one thing and another that caused the release to be delayed.

“This song was planned to be released after the final against Persib in the 2nd leg. However, at that time, Madura United failed to win the championship so the release of this song had to be postponed. Even so, I consider this song as medicine and encouragement for the next season, the dream remains the same, to see Madura United become the League champion,” he said.
The song Madura Bisa Madura Satu contains lyrics with a spirit of togetherness as Madurese people who support a proud club, which has an identity and honor as a region.
This song tries to present something different from the chants of supporters in the stands or the spirit songs of support by supporters in general, but still contains optimistic lyrics that are quite strong in their choice of words.

“Bow your head for a moment, reflect on our steps today, together we wipe away sweat, together we unite with our hearts”, that’s the excerpt of the verse of this song which is hoped to not only be sung, but become an energy of encouragement in situations whether happy or pleasant in a match.
“I wrote this song a long time ago, but I was excited to record it since Madura United successfully entered the Championship Series final last season, the situation was just as convincing as previous seasons, but as usual, this favorite team has not succeeded, just wait and see,” explained Fajar Sandy.
This song can be released in digital format and can be enjoyed through Digital Music Platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, Joox, Deezer and the like, then Lyric Video via Fajar Sandy’s YouTube, which has been airing since August 17, 2024.
For the artwork, Fajar Sandy collaborated with Meryana Ananda, a woman from Bali who tried to give a touch of thought through her hands on this song cover.
As for audio, Fajar Sandy recorded and arranged his music in his personal studio, and was assisted by Rio Armand from Creatorikos Studio for vocal director and recording, as well as mixing and mastering. (Z-1)
