Kim Won-beom of Chung-Ang University raised issues regarding the complexity of the cancellation procedure for over the top (OTT) subscription service, the customer center’s inadequate response, lack of guidance on paid conversion, ambiguity in information provision, and insufficient damage compensation system. did.

Yena Lee of Chungnam National University pointed out the instability of the system, damage to unauthorized payments, and identity theft due to leakage of personal information in relation to the online simple payment service in the e-commerce (e-commerce) market.

Problems related to personal information infringement caused by companies’ hyper-personalized marketing, increased fatigue due to push notifications, and monopolization of data technology (Sungkyunkwan University, Mr. Seohyun Han), problems related to improper collection and use of consumers’ personal information, and sales/disclosure to third parties (Mr. Jeong Min-jae of Kyonggi University) was also raised.
