The entity returned to speak regarding it through Twitter and apologized. “We know that today we weren’t there, when you needed us most, and that’s why we want to apologize and tell you that all our services are available. If you still have any problems, we give you the peace of mind that we will accompany you in the solution you need”.

It also provided a piece of peace of mind for savings account users. Already those who have made payments to their credit cards, informed them that they must do them once more in case the transaction has not been applied.

Finally, on the morning of this July 3, Bancolombia assured that “the inconveniences in the visualization of balances and movements of all our products were solved”.
