The user who shared the video reported that They were stranded on Wednesday, March 3 in a station in the middle of nowhere (he did not specify which one) and that the National Guard, responsible for the Mayan Train, did not give them a solution.
In the video, with a duration of just one minute 26 seconds, you can see how several people surround those responsible for the Train who, without further explanation, informed them that after more than six hours of waiting, they would not be picked up by another Train. and that, because of this, their money would be refunded.
The annoyance of the passengers was due to the fact that, on the one hand, when they were heading to Cancún they were asked to get off at a station due to train failures. Once there, they were asked to wait six hours for the next one that would take them to their destination. However, after time, they were only told that another unit would not arrive and that they would be refunded their money.
