The Faculty of Human Medicine of the University of Piura had a pleasant day on December 7, enthusiastically celebrating the proximity of Christmas and a decade of the faculty.

The day began with the celebration of mass in the Campus Lima Chapel, by Father Juan Armas, chaplain of the faculty. Administrative and teaching staff highlighted the importance of unity and celebration.
At this fellowship meeting, the Faculty of Human Medicine commemorated its 10th Anniversary of creation, in the Microscopy Room. Attendees participated in an exciting game of questions, demonstrating their knowledge regarding the history of the University of Piura.
The students doing their Internship participated, along with the administrative staff and teachers, in the Jacarandá garden. The dean of the faculty, Dr. Jorge Zagaceta, highlighted the importance of these special celebrations and the success of the students of the class in ENAM 2023, who came in first place nationally.
“This year we have taken some fundamental steps for our organization as a faculty. There is an entire teaching evaluation system that seeks to make our faculty increasingly effective and efficient,” said the dean. The meeting ended with a toast in which they wished a Merry Christmas and that the next year will be full of many achievements, well-being, health and prosperity!
