Place your fist on the upper jaw, just at the level of the cheekbone. Press gently, avoiding creating wrinkles in the area. Extend your tongue to the opposite side of the fist. Perform this exercise for ten breaths and repeat on the other side.
Treat Bruxism:
Keep your teeth in their natural position. Place your index and middle fingers on one side of your face, where your jaw begins. Apply pressure for 20 seconds. Repeat on the other side of your face.

Stimulate the frown:
Form a clamp with both hands using your index finger and thumb. Hold the skin at the level of both eyebrows, without pinching it. Keep your eyebrows fixed while frowning. Perform three sets of ten repetitions.
Work the cheekbones:
Fill your cheeks completely with air. Hold your mouth with one hand and squeeze to increase resistance. Pass the air from one cheek to the other without releasing it. Perform five to ten repetitions.

Treat eye bags:
Form a “V” with both hands using your middle and index fingers. Place your hands under your eyes, from the beginning of your eye to your nose. Apply pressure with both hands while looking up. Close your eyes tightly for 10 seconds , then relax and repeat.
