These policies apply to features such as messages, comments, and also the ‘Like’ feature. So far, Facebook has not provided specific information on the exact consequences of holding this button down for 30 seconds.

However, according to some users, when doing so, a message is displayed on the platform informing you that you will no longer be able to use the tool for a considerable time.

“We limit how often you can post, comment or perform other actions during a certain period to protect the community once morest spam. Please try once more later,” says the message sent by Facebook.

This first notice indicates that the user has exceeded the limits established by the platform regarding the frequency of actions. If the user decides to ignore it and continues with the action, Facebook takes more drastic measures and restricts the account for an hour.

The next message displayed states: “Your account is restricted for one hour. Your account activity does not comply with the Community Standardsso you can’t perform some of your usual actions.” It will prevent you from performing various actions on the platform during that period.
