Facebook Like button gets big change after 5 years

At a time when billions of people around the world are confined to their homes due to the lockdown in various countries as a result of the Corona virus epidemic, most of them are now spending more and more time on the Internet.

And that’s why the world’s most popular social networking website, Facebook, has introduced a new reaction emoji called the Care Emoji during this difficult time.

In fact, for the first time since 2015, Facebook is adding a new reaction to the Like button and through this emoji, people will be able to express their sympathy on a post in a virtual way.

The purpose of introducing this new reaction is to show love to your friends and loved ones even when you are away from them.

This reaction features an emoji face hugging a heart and a reaction of a beating heart has also been introduced for Messenger.

According to Facebook, this new reaction is being added so that you can show extra support even when you are away from friends and loved ones.

According to the company, we expect this will increase the sense of connection between you, your family and friends.

In fact, if you can’t hug people right now because of the increased risk of the virus, no one can stop you from giving a virtual hug.

The reaction has started rolling out to users in the Facebook app and desktop version, and if you don’t have the show right now, it will in a few days.

Similarly, the beating heart is now available on Messenger too and needless to say, how these reactions can be used on Facebook and Messenger.

After this increase the number of Facebook reactions has increased to 7 and thus it has reached the number of 2015 which was given at the launch of this new like button.

At the time, the Yay emoji was included in the feature along with 6 others in the testing phase, but was removed when the Like button was rolled out globally.

“We expect these reactions to give people an additional way to show their support during the Covid-19 crisis,” a Facebook spokesperson said.

“We know this is an uncertain time and we want people to show their support to friends and family so they know you miss them,” the spokesperson said.
