As announced with the launch of the Meta Verified, there are a few more benefits besides the stamp. In Brazil, subscribers will have access to human support, as well as proactive protection and monitoring against fake and/or impersonating profiles, as well as other unique features.
As remembered the TechCrunchas Meta expands the availability of the resource, however, less benefits are being taken to other countries, such as the stars to support other creators and the greater reach of subscriber publications.
The subscription will BRL 45/month if you do it on the web or by BRL 55/month if it is done on any of the Instagram or Facebook apps for iOS or Android. The entire process will be done exclusively through Meta’s channels and it is likely that there will be some waiting time for document verification.
Interestingly, even with the arrival of Meta Verified, users who were already verified will not lose their badge and will be able to continue using it for free. The idea here is precisely to protect these people, since they are also very targeted in terms of creating fake accounts and, therefore, need this guarantee.
Apparently, there will be no differences between the seals resulting from paid verifications and those that occurred until then according to the existing criteria. Nor will it be possible, at least in principle, for business accounts and companies to join the Meta Verified.
