“Face/Off 2”: Nicolas Cage reveals this about the sequel

Uncertain schedule and praise for the director

Unfortunately, Cage immediately puts a damper on the realization of the project: “I had meetings in an office once and that was all. Since then I haven’t heard anything, so I don’t know how the film is doing.”

At the same time, the action star is full of praise for the intended director Adam Wingard: “We’re on the same wavelength. I love what he did with ‘Godzilla vs. Kong’ and I think he’s really smart. He has a lot of respect for him the medium of cinema and working with him would be a great thing.”

If Nicolas Cage already forgives such advance praise, the production company’s traffic lights should switch to green as soon as possible, so that nothing stands in the way of a possible double face-swapping of the generations.
