Fabiola Yáñez reveals photos of the aggression suffered at the hands of Alberto Fernández

The photographs of the alleged gender assault of which the woman was a victim former first lady of Argentina, Fabiola Yáñez, at the hands of former president Alberto Fernández, the photographs were leaked on Thursday night

The images, which were on the phone of Fernández’s former secretary, María Cantero, show Yáñez with a black eye and a bruise on his right arm.

Yáñez, 43, and Fernández, were a couple throughout the entire presidential term of the Justicialist from whose relationship a son was born in 2022, Francisco. They are currently separated, the former first lady lives in Madrid, Spain, with her son.

The complaint was presented on Tuesday before Judge Julián Ercolini, who ordered immediate restrictive measures against Fernández, including a ban on leaving the country and a reinforcement of Yañez’s protection. The former president is also prohibited from coming within 500 meters of his ex-partner’s home.

On the other hand, Fernández flatly denied the accusations, in statements to an Argentine media he assured that “it is all false” and that he will prove it in court. Through a statement on his social networks, he reiterated his innocence and stated that he will present evidence to clarify what happened.

A compromising video was also brought to light of the former president with Tamara Pettinato, a renowned television host in the southern country, sitting at the table in the presidential office of the Casa Rosada.

In the conversation, both exchange “I love you” and Pettinato is heard telling the former president that he is “the love of his life.”

Faced with the controversy, presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni pointed out that “the office videos, if they are indeed like this, are absolutely detestable just for the sake of respect.”
