F1: Alexander Albon “Verstappen is a man with no front and back”[F1-Gate .com]

Alex Albon says former Red Bull F1 team and new F1 World Champion Max Verstappen are open-minded and will not take a “high-key attitude.”

Alex Albon, who was promoted to Red Bull Racing on behalf of Pierre Guthrie in mid-2019, teamed up with Max Verstappen for a year before Sergio Perez took his seat following the end of the 2021 season.

Also, it was not that he did not work with Max Verstappen in 2021, and as a test and reserve driver throughout the season, he supported the challenge to the Verstappen title from behind.

Alex Albon explained that Max Verstappen, through his work relationship, would never take a high-handed attitude.

“Max is very honest and he doesn’t do anything heroically,” Alexander Albon said in an interview with Formula 1 Magazine regarding Max Verstappen.

“He’s very straightforward. You can say he’s really Dutch!”

Max Verstappen was also a very confident driver, and this approach definitely helped the 2021 season in a fierce battle with Lewis Hamilton.

Alex Albon argues that Max Verstappen’s “confidence” should not be mistaken for “cheeky.”

“He’s confident, but not arrogant,” said Alexander Albon.

“He’s just confident in what he’s doing.”

The relationship between Alex Albon and Max Verstappen isn’t just regarding work, they sometimes play games together.

Max Verstappen is known for his preference for staying away from the spotlight of F1’s fame, and Alex Albon describes him as a “normal boy.”

“We’re very close,” says Alexander Albon.

“He loves games and I also like playing games, so we sometimes play together.”

“He’s actually just a normal boy, especially given how famous he is and what he’s already achieved. Max is far more normal than most people think.”

Max Verstappen will take on the title defense with car number 1 on the Red Bull RB18 in 2022, and Alex Albon will return to the F1 grid in 2022 with Williams F1. So Albon partners with his F2 era teammate Nicholas Latifi.
