Ezviz which generally offers security solutions with cameras also offers a connected doorbell kit.
Ezviz, a company specializing in the world of connected cameras, invites us to test its rotating wifi indoor camera. The EZVIZ C6B model. Let’s see what this can bring us…
DB2C is a smart doorbell kit with chime.
With this solution, Ezviz wants to provide its customers with a home automation solution for their front door whether they are at home or not. Thus, the DB2C kit consists of two elements. A doorbell to be fixed outside near the front door and a chime to be placed inside the house.
The wireless video doorbell features a 236W FHD sensor that captures 1080p images or video. In addition, the angle of view offered by this sensor is in the 160° wide-angle format. Another feature of this doorbell, it is equipped with a 5200 mAh rechargeable battery which will allow the user not to have brought electricity to the front door.
Quality compressed video!
The Ezviz DB2C connected doorbell offers video in 1080P Full HD. But to reduce its consumption and data transfer, the doorbell uses H.265 video compression technology which not only reduces bandwidth traffic but also reduces video size.
As for the photos taken or videos, Ezviz offers two options. Backup to the EZVIZ Cloud online or to a microSD memory card that will be present on the chime. The chime is equipped with two antennas for the reception of Wi-Fi and a loudspeaker which offers an output power of 65dB.
Note that the doorbell also has a microphone and a loudspeaker so that you can talk to the person ringing your doorbell.
