EXXELIA Morocco’s New Factory Inauguration in Mohammedia: A Milestone in Precision Electronic Component Manufacturing

The company EXXELIA Maroc, a subsidiary of the French group EXXELIA, is acquiring a brand new site, inaugurated Thursday November 23, 2023 in Mohammedia. This factory, built on 10,000 m2, was inaugurated in the presence of the CEO of EXXELIA Group, Paul Maisonnier, the CEO of EXXELIA Morocco, Laurent Guth, the SG of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Taoufiq Moucharraf and others personalities. It employs nearly 700 people to manufacture complex passive electronic components and precision electromechanical subsystems dedicated to cutting-edge industrial markets such as aeronautics, space, medical and railway.

Products manufactured by EXXELIA Morocco are present on prestigious platforms such as A350 or B787 aircraft, the OneWeb satellite constellation, MRI medical imaging devices and scanners or even on board high-speed train safety equipment.

The opening of this site “confirms the competitiveness and attractiveness of the Moroccan industrial platform. It is part of the implementation of the High Royal Guidelines which aims to develop productive investment and make it an essential lever for reviving the national economy and to strengthen Morocco’s commitment in high-risk sectors. potential and job creators for our young people”, declares Mr. Musharraf. For his part, Mr. Maisonnier indicated that this new Mohammedia site, which exports more than 90% of its production, “responds to the group’s development plan and will enable us to support the growth of our activities”.
