In particular, the deadlines for the payment of confirmed debts, which expire or expired from 11.08.2024 until 28.02.2025, of natural and legal persons and entities with their main residence or headquarters or establishment in the said areas are extended until 28.02.2025, for which are duly certified as having suffered damage to their residences as part of their inclusion in the housing assistance and compensation scheme or to their business facilities, respectively, which are included in the relevant tables of the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection and the details of which (TIN, full name/surname) are sent to AADE.
In addition, installments of installment arrangements-facilities that expire or have expired from 11.08.2024 until 12.02.2025 are extended after the end of the arrangement program. The first settlement installment of those installments for which a payment extension is granted is paid on the last business day of the month following the last installment of the installment plan. Subsequent extended installments are paid by the last working day of the following months from the due date of the first extended installment. The total duration for these arrangements is extended during the months of the granted extension. For the rest, the terms and conditions of the respective installment payment arrangement apply.
Until 12.02.2025 the payment of the debts confirmed and due on 11.08.2024 is also suspended.
