More than 8,300 civilians were killed, including 437 children, and more than 11,000 were injured: the Ukrainian Attorney General Andriy Kostin announced these sad figures on the Russian war of aggression in Ukraine on Sunday. In the recently recaptured areas around Cherson, Kharkiv and Donetsk alone, more than 700 bodies have been discovered in the past two months. The actual number of victims is likely to be higher, said Kostin, after all the Ukrainian authorities have no access to the regions occupied by Russia.
