The secretary of the FNC then highlighted the major events that marked the history of Belgium. On behalf of the FNC Sambreville, he thanked the small municipal councilors who came to this commemoration, as well as the dean Francis Lallemand, who celebrated the Te Deum. The usual organists of the parishes of Sambreville not being free to lead the Te Deum, it was Jean-Luc Massart and the choir who, at short notice, took up the challenge of leading the ceremony.
